LiveOrder is an add-on feature of PharmAssist. This product enables the distributor salesman to enter the sales order booking into a device and then transfer all/selected booked order from the device to the distributor database via the internet. The salesman has the option to receive accounting details, transaction details of the client, new item details and item details like current stock, availability, along with scheme information for each item. This process can be done by using the export and import options respectively in the LiveOrder application.
OBJECTIVE
- Replace the process of writing Sales Order in a book
- Transferring the Booked Order details manually at the distributor location
- Direct billing from field staff or customer, so the process is faster and lesser errors.
- Since all the processes are through the system, there is reduced dependencies and involvement of resources.
