The core team at of C-Square are the four pillars of human beings who provide the strength to keep performing and these are our four managers. Each manager is unique, dynamic, and flexible and manages his duties contributing to the overall success of C-Square. The uniqueness of these people are the fact that they believe in equality and because of it, there is freedom to express oneself in the company.  These pillars of strength and encouragement are:

 

 

Dilip S. Jain

Dilip has been associated with C-Square for a period of about 7 years before joining the board in 2008 as Director, Retail Sales.

 

He has a decades experience in Software and hardware sales. He holds the credit for selling the first Retail software solution of C-Square.

 

Dilip loves embracing new technology and is an avid R&D person.

 

His key responsibility is to realize the company’s vision of capturing the entire retail segment in the SME sector.

 

Prior to C-Square, Dilip was the former CEO of NexGen IT Solutions (an IT Solutions provider) and has automated 200+ retailers and distributors in SME Segment in various verticals.

 

Sajith

Sajith is one of the founders of C-Square and currently is the Technical Director.

 

He has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, is well versed with all industry standards for application development.

 

Sajith has a passion for mentoring and serves as strength to empower young talent.

 

His key responsibilities are to efficiently and effectively manage people, projects and products in turn steering growth in technical knowledge, business acumen and human value aspects.

 

Sripal Bachawat

Sripal is the other founder of C-Square and led the company for about 6 years as CEO (2002 – 2008) before assuming the new role as Director, Future Products.

 

He has adorned the role of visionary due to his acumen and inclination towards technology and automation. He is gifted with the farsightedness and it is, to a very large extent is responsible for the technology revolution in the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry.

 

Sripal has about 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry right from being a pharmaceutical products sales representative to an employee who designed various cost effective operational processes at Vardhaman, as well as technology skills to deliver solutions.

 

His key responsibility is to articulate growth of future products in the Pharmaceutical  Domain

Virendra Negi

Virendra (fondly known as Negi) is a mentor to all at C-Square. He has been associated with company right from the start.

 

Negi has about 20 years of experience in investing and mentoring many Indian and international entrepreneurs and CEOs. He has done this by guiding them every step of their way by providing them with strategic inputs to handle their business.

 

His key responsibility is to bring in business perspective aligned with the future needs of the industry and conceptualize products to meet them.
