Account information.  – When you buy software from us, for support purposes and for some exclusive download, you are given a Username and Password that is active for the period your entitlement is valid. This information is stored in our server. Your password will be maintained on our system in an encrypted form.

Email ID - Email ID is collected in the following functionality:

C-Square will send to the primary email address specified in your profile a monthly C-Square-related newsletter. You may unsubscribe from this newsletter by writing to Unsubscribe@c2info.com

Data Storage and Usage:  
Any personal information that you provide in any form in our website will be stored and maintained in our Servers in order to provide you the service.

 

Because we keep back-up copies of data for the purposes of recovery from errors or system failure, residual copies of group contents may remain on our systems for some time, even after you have deleted information or after the termination of your account.

 

C-Square employees do not access the content of any accounts unless you specifically request them to do so (for example, if you are having technical difficulties accessing your account) or if required by law, to maintain our system, or to protect C-Square or the public.
