We maintain various kinds of entitlements to provide support to our customers. Most of these entitlements are valid for a period after which they have to be renewed.
The support entitlements that we provide are:
Warranty - A written assurance that some product or service will be provided or will meet certain specifications. Our warranty to our customers is in the form of a contract that is signed by both parties and is valid for an agreed upon period.
Annual Support Contract (ASC) – This a contract offered to the customer once his warranty period for the use of our software is completed. The customer is then eligible to product downloads, free service for the period specified in the contract.
Paid Services – This is a kind of service provided to customers who do not opt for any of the above entitlements. The customer is charged based on the service that has been provided.
